Management Team

Dr. Mansoor Khan, Sc.D. MIT, Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder, has over 20 years of technical information technology and management experience in multiple industries. Mansoor earned his Doctor of Science degree at MIT in 1988 and prior that, a B.S. and M.S. from Auburn University here he worked on Predictive Modeling. Mansoor started his career at MIT as a research scientist. Prior to DiagnosisOne, Mansoor was Founder and CEO of KeyCommerce, where he took the company from a start-up to an established player in the electronic commerce industry whose customers included companies such as Sun Microsystems and Raytheon.

Ahmad Kasmieh, Chief Technical Officer, Co-founder, has 22 years of IT experience with IBM, MCI, OrderTrust, KeyCommerce and DiagnosisOne. He is the lead software architect for key solutions offered by DiagnosisOne, and has extensive experience in implementation of enterprise-scale distributed computing environments. His vast background spans hardware-software interface, telecommunications, billing and payment processing, ebusiness and Healthcare IT.

Fauzia Khan, MD, FCAP, Chief Medical Officer, Co-founder, currently serves as chief medical officer of DiagnosisOne, where she is responsible for the development of the Company’s content and rules that power the order sets, clinical decision support, analytics, and public health reporting. Prior to forming DiagnosisOne, Dr. Khan was the Director of Informatics at UMassMemorial Medical Center with ten years of experience practicing pathology. She is the author, editor, and primary visionary of the “Guide to Diagnostic Medicine”, Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, 2002. Dr. Khan is a diplomate of the American Academy of Pathology and Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
