With the addition of clinical decision support (CDS) and real-time analytics, clinicians are empowered to develop the best treatment plans for each patient, using intelligent and actionable information to improve care quality while reducing costs.
The mandate to embrace these technology innovations has been driven by federal government regulations, as well as disruption of the fee-for-service model. Clinical Decision Support and Analytics Innovator Adds Seasoned Healthcare Executive to Drive Marketing and Solutions Strategy
LOWELL, Mass.—February 25, 2013— DiagnosisOne, an Alere subsidiary specializing in clinical decision support (CDS) technology and analytics, today announced that senior healthcare executive Michael Donohue has joined the Company as its Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Donohue will report directly to Dr. Mansoor Khan, DiagnosisOne’s President and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Donohue will assume responsibilities for the overall management and market expansion of DiagnosisOne’s clinical decision support technology for healthcare providers, hospitals and health plans, and EHR vendors.
