D1.Pathway

D1.Pathway is the most comprehensive and sophisticated set of evidence based rules available today. Integrating lab, pharmacy and radiology data, these rules have been shown to reduce hospitalizations by up to 19%. Based on national coding standards D1.Pathway is available as an HL7 based Web Service.

D1.ELR

Designed to allow for the easy exchange of patient, disease and test data among multiple parties, D1.Surveillance can be used by both public and private health care providers to create connections and move data while minimizing the need to write code. D1.Surveillance is used to create and maintain a single repository of data from multiple, disparate systems. This data can be mined as needed as well as be proactively monitored with user-defined ‘alerts' based on data patterns of interest.

D1.Extend is designed to support the needs of public health authorities in resource poor environments. D1.Extend allows for the collection and management of patient and lab test data across large dispersed populations in urban and rural environments.
