Our Information Technology Infrastructure
We have designed a system architecture that provides the maximum flexibility for deployment within a large variety of environments while minimizing the cost and complexity of these deployments.
The system architecture has been designed to allow for a multi-tier deployment thru modules that can be configured to address the needs of all of the classes of users within the health care environment.

Our Care Pathways
DiagnosisONE has invested over 70 Physician-years to develop the world's first and only comprehensive library of Care Pathways that have diagnostics as a central focus. These care pathways are used as rules to create a personalized alert system for each physician and patient. Our software comes pre-populated with these rules.
These care pathways, a road map for caregivers, provide succinct information on presentations patient history, physical examination, lab and radiology tests and clinical conditions; linked together to provide a comprehensive knowledge base. The data relationships are based on ICD 9, CPT & Snomed codes. Relationships depicted include those between:
- Complaints and Tests
- Complaints and Diagnoses
- Diagnoses and Tests
- Diagnoses and Medication
- Test Results and Alerts
Our care pathways enable knowledge-driven, process-improvements and deliver a measurable improvement in our customer's workflows and processes. Using these care pathways as the rules that drive clinical workflows results in improved clinical, financial and patient-satisfaction outcomes.
These care pathways have been derived only from the strongest Evidence Based sources and have been designed to achieve integration between Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) and the specific patient's history.

Deploying our care pathways, with our CPOE system or another CPOE system of your choice, results in:
- Improved care delivery
- Reduced physician workload
- Reduced errors
- Reduced variability of care and
- Improved physician satisfaction.

The system architecture has been developed using the highly scalable and modular J2EE standard. The system uses industry standard application servers for all transaction processing and can be deployed using any JDBC compliant database, including Oracle, SQL Server, dBase, Sybase etc. The system uses browser based thin clients as the primary user interface and thus is accessible from any location that has internet access.
Security, reliability, flexibility, and usability are the four legs that our architectural philosophy stands on. The system has been designed to allow non IT personnel to add or remove functionality with out the need to shut down any parts of the system. Resulting in a very flexible, user friendly system that has a very high availability rate.
Our technology has been production tested in mission critical, high security, high performance applications. The system have been designed to provide sub second response times while performing hundreds of transactions per second using only a single server. Our architecture is designed to provide redundant, fault tolerant and secure transactions at a very affordable cost. |
